10 years ago I attended a meeting organised by Dennis Todora as he attempted to bring together a ‘dream team ‘ to start a software corporation. He and I became partners with a handful of others and had a good small run, beginning with minute investments and building on ‘sweat equity ‘ and income (a tale for an entrepreneurial blog, not one on communications). Lately, Dennis approached me about investing one or two hours in a ‘new ‘ deal, qwik-keyz, with a very different finance approach – Kickstarter.com for the Apple iPhone. I am regularly asked about mobile operating sytems, and the two that come up the most are manifestly Android and iOS.
