Lately people have been able to do almost anything online. They can manage their accounts with various companies, be in the know regarding the latest in news, and buy a plethora of their wants and needs without leaving their homes. Track By Track: This is the go to method of getting music in today’s fast paced world of online music sales. This is a draw for many who have a drive to only listen to their favorite songs and not “filler tracks.”

So you might be passing up on perks like lyrics, photos, and other promotional material not getting the actual physical record.

This is a subscription to a multitude (usually in the millions) of tracks with a low monthly cost not usually exceeding five or six dollars. The only downside to leasing tracks is that, in order to burn them and enjoy them in a CD player, you have to separately purchase these songs or albums through similar methods as described above. Although, the leasing site usually provides access to consumers to buy the albums and songs they want from any artist they offer on lease.

Buying The Actual Album: If you are anything like me, I usually cannot be swayed to simply download an album. I like to read the lyrics, see the pictures, and own the actual CD. This option is also available to you courtesy of the world wide web. Many sites and companies offer comparable prices, and sometimes lower prices, than you might find at your local major chains for your favorite artists. So if you cannot go without literally holding the CD in your hands, consider purchasing through your favorite vendors online.

Unfortunately, there are a number of sites that allow you to illegally obtain tracks and albums of most released content. I urge you, to not consider these as feasible options because it is not polite suggestion from the law of the United States. Many organizations are making their presence known cracking down on people downloading without paying. Then again, stealing is stealing no matter the reason.
